Marina Sarri

Marina Sarri is the lovely wife of Italian soccer manager Maurizio Sarri; her husband is the current head coach for the English soccer club, Chelsea. He previously coached Napoli, Empoli, Sorrento, among others.

Marina’s husband was born in Naples but grew up in Tuscany. He played central defender but only for minor league teams. In addition to soccer, Maurizio worked at a bank until he turned 40, and decided to turn into a coach.

As a coach, he worked for various minor league clubs from 1990 when he joined Stia until 2005 when he joined Serie B’s club Pescara. Subsequently worked for Arezo, Hellas Verona, Perugia, Grosseto, and Alessandria.

Finally in 2012, got his opportunity to coach for a Seria A team, when he replaced Rafa Benitez at Napoli. He left Napoli in May 2018, Carlo Ancelotti, replaced him there and Sarri replayed Antonio Conte at Chelsea on July 14, 2018.

Maurizio and his wife Marina have been married for over 25 years, together they have one son, Nicolè Sarri.

Marina Sarri likes to keep a low profile, but we found that she owns a business that produces labels and other industrial tools in Vaggio.

Luisa Fernandez Emery’s husband Unai Emery was born on November 3, 1971, in Hondarribia, Spain. He started playing soccer with Real Sociedad in 1990; joined Toledo in 1996, and Racing Ferrol in 2000.

He played for Larganes in 2002, eventually announced his retirement at the age of 32 while playing for Lorca Deportiva in 2003.

Unai was named Lorca manager in 2004; subsequently, joined Almeria in 2006, before signing with Valencia in 2008; in May 2012, became Spartak Moscow’s coach .

Sevilla announced Unai as their new head coach on January 14, joined soined Arsenal in May 2018.

Unai Emery’s wife Luisa Fernandez was born in Malaga; she met her husband in Madrid where she was working at and Unai was enjoying a quiet dinner with some friends who also knew Luisa and introduced them. They got married in 1998, their son Lander a goalkeeper for Valencia was born on March 29, 2003, in Madrid.

Lara Wechsler

This is Lara Wechsler; she is the lovely wife of the Argentine footballer, Gonzalo Higuain. Her stud is a striker for Chelsea. He also is on the roster of Argentina National Team.

Nicknamed ‘Pipita’ after his father, whose nickname was Pipa; Gonzalo Gerardo Higuaín, was born Dec 10, 1987, in Brest, Finisterre, Francia. His father Argentine former footballer Jorge Higuaín,  was playing for Stade Brestois 29 as an expatriate. Therefore, he holds dual French-Argentine nationality.

Having left the country at the age of 10 months, he did not return to France until the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Higuaín has two older brothers, Nicolas and Federico and one younger brother, Lautaro.

He started his career with Argentine club River Plate, before a transfer to Real Madrid in January 2007 for €12 million. He became a member of the Argentinian national team in 2009. Signed for Napoli in July 2013, for according to be €37m from Real Madrid.

Higuain played for Napoli from 2013 to 2016, when he signed a deal with Juventus. Subsequently joined Milan on a loan on  2 August 2018 and Chelsea in January 2019.

• The former Real Madrid striker and Lara Wechsler were first linked together in February 2016. He was said to be in a relationship with Spanish journalist Daniela Saurwald until early2016.

Martina Cechova

Have you met Martina Cechova? She is the wife of Czech Republic soccer player, Petr Cech. Her 6’6″ husband is the talented goalkeeper for Arsenal where he also served as vice-captain.

Martina’s stud announced on January 15, 2019, that he would retire at the end of the season, however, he won’t stay away per-say, Cech will be Chelsea’s new sporting director.

Noelia López

Meet Noelia Lopez; she is the loving wife of Spanish soccer player Jose Antonio Reyes. Her husband a former left winger and forward for the Spanish club Extremadura, died at the age of 35 in a fatal car crash on June 1, 2019, in Utrera, Spain.

Reyes, previously played for the Spanish National Team, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, Espanyol and Arsenal.

In addition to his wife Noelia Lopez, Jose Antonio left behind his three children, Jose Antonio Jr., Noelia and Triana.

According to the DailyMail, Jose Antonio’s was driving home with two cousins Jonathan Reyes and Juan Manuel Calderon who also died in the crash. Reyes was driving at approx. 120 miles per hours in his Mercedes Brabus S550V on the A-376 motorway near Alcala de Guadair, when his car off the motorway, overturned and burst in flames.

Reyes and his wife Noelia married on June 17, 2017, in Utrera. They became engaged on April 11, 2015, after a four-year relationship.

Nolia Lopez Munoz one of the children born to Joana Muñoz; her brother Tony Lopez; whose face she immortalized with a tattoo on her arm died in 2015, at the age of 26.

Noelia and Jose welcomed their first child together, their daughter Noelia born in July 2013, and in March 2017, she gave birth to Triana. Jose Antonio, Jr. born in 2007; from his relationship with Ana Lopez.

Meet Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza; she is the Brazilian model who accused Brazilian soccer star Neymar of raping her. Neymar, a former striker for the Spanish Club Barcelona currently plays for French club Paris Saint Germain and the Brazilian National Team, he has defended himself from all of Najila’s accusations made public on June 1, 2019.

• 26-year-old Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza from the Municipio Darío Meira, de Bahía claimed Neymar raped her in a hotel in Paris on May 15th.

• He said the encounter was consensual and revealed several text messages and photos Najila sent him.

•  She describes herself as a model an actress and mother of Lucca Trindade, the reason for her living. She starred in the Zula’s video for the song Fogo Cruzado.

• • • According to the Civil Court of Santo Amaro, on May 30th, Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza received an eviction notice after failing to pay her rent ($26, 712) along with attorney fees.
    •  In addition to that debt, Najila failed to pay $4, 160.77 to the Pan American School of Arts where she was studying interior design. She was prosecuted after she didn’t show up in court.
  • • • New footage showing Najila and Neymar inside the hotel room, shows her saying, “I’m going to hit you. Do you know why I’m going to hit you? Do you know why? you know why? Because you assaulted me yesterday. You left me here alone,” she says.

  • • She came forward on Wednesday, June 6, 2019, and said that the encounter was indeed consensual, but it quickly turned violent.

“He was aggressive, totally different than the boy that I got to know on the messages. Because I want to be with him I said; OK, I’m going to try to handle this,’ she said.

“After some kissing and caressing ‘he started to hit me; then he began to hurt me a lot, and I asked him to stop because it hurt.”

• Moreover, according to Najila Trindade, he later apologized but continued hurting her while they were in bed.

• Najila Trindade and her ex-husband Estivens Alves had one son together, Lucca, 6. Estivens said that even though he and Trindade have a good relationship, there was a time when things were pretty bad. At one point she stabbed him with a knife, she said she did it in self-defense.

  “The complainant reports she was in the living room, sitting down, eating an apple with a knife.”

  “He came towards her and grabbed her by the arms, which is when he was hit with her knife, causing him an injury to his chest.”

• Estivens Alves, from Sao Paulo, graduated from the Universidade Estacio Uniradial; he was an analyst for Banco Santander in Brazil. He also appeared alongside his ex-wife in Zula’s music video posted above.

Christelle Platini

Christelle Platini is the longtime wife of French former star footballer turned manager and soccer exec, Michel Platini.

Though her husband is regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time winning the Ballon d’Or not once but three times, Michel was banned from soccer following an ethics violations while he served as the president of UEFA. Platini was head of European football from January 2007, when he replaced the late Lennart Johansson, but stepped down in 2015 after being banned by Fifa for financial misconduct. Platini, a French former midfield great, was barred from soccer for four years in 2015 after an investigation into a payment of 2 million Swiss francs, or about $2 million, authorized by Sepp Blatter, the former president of FIFA, the world governing body of soccer.

But enough about him, and since you probably know everything about Michel, here are a few details about his wife, Christelle Platini, born Christelle Bigoni. She is of Italian origin.

When the couple met, Michel was still playing for AS Nancy and Christelle was at the time, a college student majoring in environmental studies. She became his biggest fans and supporter and the two tied the knot in Strasbourg, France in 1977.

Though Christelle Platini is pretty much the unknown wife of Michel Platini, there is a little something she is known for. Back in the 70’s she had an affair with her husband’s teammate Jean Francois-Larios from when they played together for Saint-Etienne. Michel ovbiously became angered and he threatened to leave his national team. Larios was eventually the one who was dropped and his career suffered afterwards. Apparently Michel and Christelle were able to work things out and have remained together.

This lucky fella is Sandro Meira Ricci; he is the husband of the stunning Brazilian soccer referee Fernanda Colombo, who in addition to soccer is a sports journalist for Metropoles, the Brazilian news outlet.

Fernanda who became an internet sensation following the 2014 FIFA World Cup as a groundbreaking female officiant is happily married to fellow Brazilian referee Sandro Meira Ricci, commonly known simply as Sandro Ricci, who was Brazil’s representative among the referees in Brazil as well.

Former soccer referee Sandro was born on November 19, 1974, in Pocos de Caldas; he graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Brasilia and has been an arbitration commentator for Grupo Globo since January 9, 2019.

Ricci started his career in 2006, with the Football Federation of the Federal District (FFDF), his first match was on April 29, 2006, at the match between Vila Nova FC  and GO x Ituano FC.

He left the FFDF in 2012 when he joined the Pernambucana Football Federation (FPF); subsequently in 2018, joined Parana Football Association (FPF).

Internationally, Sandro Meira Ricci has referred at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the final at Copa Libertadores of America. He also received an invitation to work at the 2016 Summer Olympics and at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Sandro and Fernanda met several years ago at a hotel where according to Ricci referees usually stay at.

“We did not have the opportunity to work together. We once met in these hotels that arbitration usually stays in. It was here in São Paulo; but it was only a normal, formal presentation. After a while we went back to I mean, I went after her.”

Have you met Julie Neville? She is the stunning wife of English former soccer player Phil Neville, who has been serving as head coach for England’s women’s National Team since January 2018.

Meet Cody Press & Stacy Press! They are the wonderful and amazing parents of American soccer player Christen Press. Their daughter is the 5’7″ forward player with the Utah Royals FC and the USA National Team.

Prior to all of that, Christen played college soccer with the Stanford Cardinals at Standford University.

Former tennis player Stacy is one of the children born to the late Leonella Lombard Mischeaux and the late Louis Mischeaux. She was born Stacy Mischeaux on April 17, 1960.

Tyler now Tyler Sutherland (after she married her husband William) is an attorney and Legal Aid for the Puente Learning Center. She graduated from Harvard College in 2009 and in 2012 from Georgetown University Law Center; before joining Puente, Tyler was an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow in LAFLA’s Veterans’ Justice Center.

Channing played soccer at Villanova (B.A, Environmental Studies) and received her Master’s degree in early childhood education and teaching in 2018; she is a meditation teacher and founder at Piece of Peace Meditation, before that she was a teacher at Teacher for America and an education specialist for the Pennsylvania Resource Council.

For his part, Mr. Press born Harry Cody Press on November 28, 1957; he played football (safety) while attending at Dartmouth from where he graduated in 1980 with a B.A in Economics. In addition to that, he holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania- The Wharton School.

Christen’s dad is a director at the Bank of America; he previously was the Managing Director at Loop Capital Markets, J.P Morgan, Citi, and Merrill Lynch.

Cody and Stacy Press tied the knot on December 31, 1982, in Santa Clara, California.

Christen’s beloved mother Stacy passed away at the age of 58, on April 17, 2019; Christen said she thought of her mom when she played against London at the FIFA World Cup in France.

“I was thinking of my mom,” said Press. “My whole career I played for my mom.”

Marten Glotzbach

Meet Marten Glotzbach; he is the loving and supportive husband of former Dutch soccer player Sarina Wiegman, who nowadays serves as head coach for the Netherlands  Women’s National Soccer team.

As we mentioned before prior to coaching Sarina was a defender for her country’s national team; she also played college soccer for the North Carolina Tar Heels between 1989 and 1990 and for KFC 71; before that. Later on, she played for Ter Leede, the team where she also started her coaching career with.

In 2007, she coached ADO Den Haag Women and became an assistant coach for the National team in 2014. Two years later, she was an assistant coach for Jong Sparta Rotterdam and finally on January 13, 2017, became Netherlands’ head coach.

Coach Wiegman has been happily married to fellow soccer coach Marten Glotzbach for over two decades; together they have two beautiful daughters, Sacha and Lauren.

Marten graduated in 1994, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from HEAO Den Haag and in 2009, graduated with a Bachelor of Education from HRO.

He has held several coaching jobs throughout the years; more recently he is the coach and trainer for ADO Den Haag.

Mrs. Berhalter was born Rosalind Maria Santana on January 21, 1973. Rosalind met her husband while they both attended the University of North Carolina.

Rosalind like her famous husband was a member of the Tar Heels soccer team, she played alongside Mia Hamm, Tisha Ventuari, and Angela Kelly who is the head coach for the Longhorns at the University of Texas.

Back in that day, Mrs. Berhalter, aka Roz Santana and she was spectacular!!

Furthermore, Gregg sand Rosalind Berhalter married in 1999, they have since welcomed four incredible and beautiful children.

Fern Hawkins is one insanely sexy soccer wag; she is the pretty girlfriend of British soccer player Harry Maguire, the defender for Manchester United, he previously for the English Club Leicester. In addition to the Premier League, Maguire is a member of the England National Team.

Maguire started his career with Sheffield United back in 2011; subsequently signed with Hull City and they send him on a loan contract to Wigan Athletic in 2015. Stéphanie Frappart, the French football referee is ready to make history as the first female to officiate in a major men’s European match.

Frappart will be taking charge of the UEFA Super Cup between Chelsea and Liverpool in Istanbul. The 35-year-old has certinaly had a big year for her career. She was the referee for the Women’s World Cup final between the USA and the Netherlands just last month.

#1 She is a former player

Frappart, from Herblay-sur-Seine just north of Paris, picked up the whistle full-time in 2001 after deciding against pursuing a playing career. She played football at home in the Val d’Oise, then around 13 years old became interested in the laws of the game.

#2 She is regarded as the best female referee on the planet

She was appointed by UEFA, European football’s governing body as part of an all-female on-field referee team for the match between the winners of last season’s Champions League and Europa League. She was previously appointed at the European u19 Women’s final in 2012.

#3 She is having a big year

In April, the 35-year-old Frenchwoman became the first female referee in Ligue 1. After two games in the 2018-2019 season in the highest league in France, she now has been promoted to the highest refereeing group in France for the 2019-2020 season.

#4 She is breaking new ground for women’s inclusion in top-level football

For the Super Cup, Frappart will be joined by the two female assistant referees who she worked with in the Women’s World Cup final – Manuela Nicolosi of Italy and Michelle O’Neill of the Republic of Ireland. She has stated “Young girls see me on TV and know it’s possible. I hope this will stimulate them to pursue their vocations.”

#5 She is backed by UEFA chief refereeing officer Roberto Rosetti

UEFA chief refereeing officer Roberto Rosetti insisted Frappart ‘fully deserves’ the opportunity.
He said: “Stephanie has proved over a number of years that she is one of the best female referees, not just in Europe but across the world.

#6 She doesn’t think refereeing a men’s football match is more challenging than officiating a women’s game

Asked what the main challenges between officiating a female match and a male match, Frappart said: “I think there is not a lot of difference because football is the same” “For me it is the same because refereeing is the same. Football is the same, there are the same rules so I will referee the same as in women leagues.”

#7 She has felt disrespected for her gender in the past

According to The Guardian, Frappart says that since she began taking charge of men’s professional matches, there have been only very few times when she felt disrespected on the grounds of her gender. One of them, no doubt, was in October 2015 when the Valenciennes manager, David Le Frapper, railed against the non-award of a penalty to his team during a 0-0 draw with Laval.
